Stylish and contemporary design in an authentic Tuscan setting.
This special villa is a perfect location for your family holidays or for a group of 4-6 adults. The ambience was tastefully furbished and carefully furnished.
Due to a little bumpy dirt road (as often in Chianti!), it's best to arrive with a car with a higher suspension or a 4x4. Really breathtaking views will be the award!
The contemporary equipment assures a comfortable and pleasant holiday in a private and meticulously kept ambience.

due to the steep steps which lead to the pool, we do not recommend this villa for little children

Une magnifique maison pour passer des vacances au calme. Située au centre des principales villes de Toscane, la maison permet de découvrir les environs.Petit bémol le dernier chemin pour accéder à la maison qui est étroit et pentu. Cependant, il reste praticable. La maison restera un excellent souvenir et l accueil est au top.

This is an amazing Tuscan villa and we had an amazing family week basking in the incredible setting overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards of Tuscany.It's not just the location and setting that was incredible, the villa itself was stunning, too.The outside is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, but the inside has been transformed into a modern, contemporary building.We made great use of the extra long pool, with the 50 steps down (and back up) adding further exercise to our day! But well worth it.The villa has everything you need, and the local Coops in Greve and Panzano stock most items. When going to Florence, we parked in the CoopFi (superstore) and caught the tram into the centre and shopped in the store on the way back.The location is equidistant between Siena and Florence, with both cities being around 50 minutes away. There are many wineries and restaurants within 15 minutes of the villa.The 6-minute drive from the main Greve/Panzano road to the villa along a windy, gravel track is easily navigable by any car type - you don't need a 4x4 or SUV.Margherita met us and showed us around the villa, and the previous comms were great.We will return and we highly recommend this villa to others seeking a great Tuscan experience.

Communication with Margherita was always smooth and friendly (phone or WhatsApp). It was also a great that we were able to check in a few hours in advance, as we were already nearby. The gravel road to the house was a bit challenging, but manageable. There was enough space to park three cars.A real highlight was the very clean and large pool. Contrary to the pictures, there is actually some shade around the pool area – provided by an umbrella and a tree – and in the afternoon parts of the lawn are also shaded. In the early morning, it’s pleasantly shady as well. Another unforgettable highlight was the breathtaking view of the sunset.We also really appreciated the large pool towels and the well-equipped kitchen. The excellent charcoal grill and the additional fridge for drinks were a big plus. The modern and spotless showers completed the overall very well-kept impression.As stated in the description, the path to the pool is not recommended for small children or elderly guests, and the house is not barrier-free.We would, however, like to suggest a few improvements: more shading in the pool area as well as on the terrace in front of the entrance would be very welcome, for example with additional umbrellas or perhaps even a sunshade or pergola over the pool. Also, in the four-bed room, it would be safer to have guardrails on the top bunks and a second ladder – we therefore simply moved the mattresses to another room.All in all, we highly recommend this holiday home.

Beautiful retreat in Tuscan hills

A beautifully situated and well-equipped house, ideal for exploring the charm of Tuscany. Surrounded by picturesque villages and excellent culinary experiences, it provided the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The gravel road should be considered when arriving, but was also manageable in mixed weathers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Amazing house and location

The house and location are beautiful set on a hillside overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The house has everything you need with a perfectly positioned pool. A good kitchen with good eating areas and plenty of room. We loved our stay!

Traumhafter Ausblick entschädigt die abenteuerliche Zufahrt

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, die Zufahrt allerdings sehr beschwerlich und ereignisreich mit Wildschweinbegegnung. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider keine herkömmliche Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, zu wenig Tassen und Gläser ebenso nicht genügend bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Haus. Die Treppen zum Pool sind allerdings sehr herausfordernd und für ältere Menschen schwierig zu bewältigen. Die Poolanlage ist überragend mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Evtl. mehr Handtücher und ein wöchentlicher Wechsel der Poolhandtücher wäre schön. Pro Bad ein Fön würde den Komfort ebenfalls steigern. Der vorhandene Grill ist herausragend und professionell. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Urlaub mit unseren Freunden sehr genossen und die Betreuung vor Ort von Margherita war hervorragend. Vielen Dank dafür.

EINFACH TRAUMHAFT

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll renoviert und mit allem Komfort. Innen ist das Ferienhaus modern eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Raum. Die Küche mit großem Herd, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfler & Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Espressokocher und einer traumhaften Aussicht, hat das Kochen zum Erlebnis gemacht. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder,... alles perfekt. Der Außen- und Poolbereich lädt an vielen wunderschönen Plätzen zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die liebevolle Pflege des Hauses, Gartens, Pools durch Margherita ist überall spürbar - danke liebe Margherita. Im kleinen Ort Panzano in Chianti (ca. 10 Autofahrminuten entfernt) gibt es einen Coop, wo alles Notwendige eingekauft werden kann. Sonntag war ein kleiner Markt im Ort. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine ca. 2 km Schotterstraße. Beim Haus kann gut mit 2 Autos geparkt und auch gewendet werden. Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit verbracht. DANKE.

Prachtige woning in alle rust met fantastisch uitzicht

Wij hadden het geluk hier een week te verblijven in absolute rust met alle comfort. Het huis is zeer ruim en modern ingericht met veel smaak en met alle nodige voorzieningen . Grote zeer goed uitgeruste leefkeuken met veel licht en mooie verzichten . Er is geen airco maar het huis was altijd voldoende koel. Er zijn 2 mooie terrassen met prachtig zich om ‘s avonds te genieten van de prachtige zonsondergang. Het zwembad is FANTASTISCH 16meter of langer(?) met een mooi uitzicht op de omliggende heuvels. Je moet wel wat trapjes doen om er te geraken maar de extra beweging namen we er graag bij. Panzano ligt op slechts 5min met de wagen en is een leuk dorp met enkele prima restaurants en een supermarktje , op 10min ben je in Greve . De host , Margerita , was super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam , altijd bereikbaar . Ze spreekt vloeiend Engels en Italiaans. Dit huis is een juweeltje in de Chianti. Hope to be back soon !

Un posto magnifico

Una villa bellissima sia dentro che fuori. Le foto non rendono la vera bellezza della casa e della visita che ci si trova davanti. Inizialmente spaventa la strada sterrata per arrivare a casa ma passa subito In secondo piano appena comprendi la serenità e la bellezza del posto in cui ti trovi. Arredamento moderno e di design con tutti i confort necessari ( tv no ma non serve), giardino e piscina sempre ben curati grazie a Margherita che passa a controllare e sistemare. Piscina a sfioro molto bella, attrezzata di lettini e ombrellone dove passare momenti fantastici. E poi un terrazzo tra villa e piscina dove fare aperitivi al tramonto indimenticabili .
