"The place would have been great except for little details that made it subpar: The checkin kiosk was black when we first walked in, so I passed it. Finding where the voice came from took a while, especially because the receptionist wasn't full screen to start (later, she was). She was hard to hear when others were talking in the lobby. Finding room 169 was made difficult by a sign saying rooms 100-130 --> this way. A sign saying "all rooms, this way" (or no sign!) would have been less confusing. In the bathroom, having no place to hang a towel was very irritating (now towel racks). The toilet paper was a very long reach from the toilet. In the bedroom, one end table was about 3 feet away from the bed, and the switch for very bright lights way up on the ceiling above the bed was probably 4 feet away. The bed was higher than normal. There were no lights above the kitchen sink. I LOVED that there was a 3/4 sized refrigerator with a freezer section separate from the refrigerator part. It was also a very nice quiet room. It did suck to have the key stop working while we were in the middle of moving stuff from the room to our car. I definitely got my exercise going to the front desk, twice, (first new set of keys didn't work) to get new keys so that we could finish checking out. I didn't like having an unlocked box out of sight of the receptionish to put keys in, especially considering the lack of privacy in checking out (or in)."

"The hotel is in the stage of remodel. The pool was closed. Only two floors were open. On Saturday the person that was to be there for breakfast didn’t show. Had to call someone in that was not their job. Opened about 1 1/2 hours late. "

"Room was fine. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had. Very low occupation. Primary use of the facility seemed to be as a homeless shelter - admirable but not good for regular travelers. We canceled a second visit."

"- Air conditioning was very good. - Parking was adequate. - The elevator worked. As Paul Harvey used to say, "Now for page 2." - No refrigerator - No microwave - No desk lamp - No table - One switch at door turns on three LARGE LED lights over desk area, with no dimming. - That same switch controls the single outlet that is visible by the desk. If you want to charge your laptop, you have to have the bright lights on. - One switch beside one of the beds turns on lights over both beds. - Wiring for the switches and receptacles is in conduit that is attached to the wall. - No hair dryer in bathroom - Tub faucet was backward: hot to right, cold to left - Sink faucet output entirely inadequate - No transfer device (bucket, scoop, etc.) at ice machine. - No "Do Not Disturb" sign It's a good thing that the price was so cheap, now I realize why. It has been many years since I have stayed at a Red Roof Inn. Based on this stay, I will be many, MANY more. "

"The room was great, pillows were a little too soft, but they give you plenty of them. The room above us was causing a ruckus with people running around and bouncing. Went down and front desk after we couldn’t get them on phone took care of it. "
