This beautiful two story TownHouse, located in the heart of Cinnamon Shore, is the perfect getaway for a couple or a family with up to three children. AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Featuring a very large king primary suite that encompasses the entire second floor, with 16 foot ceilings, double height bay windows that provide lots of natural light, a King bed, full bath, writing desk, sofa, 55" TV, and full size washer and dryer. On the first floor enjoy a fully equipped kitchen area with high-end stainless steel appliances, a granite kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table. Downstairs also includes a very comfortable twin size bed nook, a queen size sleeper sofa with a lazy boy comfort mattress, 1/2 bath, other seating, and a 55" TV. Palm trees line the sidewalks and bright flora dot the community, creating a beautiful lush walk to the three resort style pools, two fishing lakes, and two beach boardwalks. Dining options on property are just a few steps away, including Lisabella's fine dining restaurant, and Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria. Other amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals, golf cart rentals, bike rentals, and many other family-friendly activities. During the summer enjoy family movie nights in the Town Center, surf lessons, bonfires at the beach, live bands at the Town Center, and more! Cinnamon shore is just a five minute drive from downtown Port Aransas for even more dining, shopping, and other fun attractions. The property was great & we enjoyed the proximity to the main area of CS. We ate at Dylan’s twice & both meals were delicious & enjoyed the coffee shop & market. The cottage was great & a good size for our family of 3\. I’m not sure it would have been comfortable with any more people since there’s only one full bathroom. Wish the master bedroom had a door but not a huge inconvenience. Our daughter loved her bed “under the stairs”. Working with CS rental was a little confusing in terms of receiving communication on check-in, how to retrieve our umbrella spot on the beach & fire pit for the beach bonfire. I received notice of payment but no other information. Not a huge deal but just some directions would have been nice. I was also a little disappointed that our s’mores kit was left on our front porch the morning of our bonfire & had I not gone back to the room for something else, it would have just sat out in the sun & continued to melt. Again, just a heads up as to when it would be delivered would have been perfect. Also, I would advise against ordering the fish tacos from the poolside restaurant. It was one small piece of fish in each taco, lots of the sauce & lettuce which was supposed to be a slaw, it was most definitely not slaw 😬. The fish was seasoned well & after waiting for almost 90 minutes, I didn’t care, but that was a bit of a disappointment. As stated above, we truly had a wonderful time just learned a few things that I’ll know about when we hopefully stay again. 🙂 ##### Erica E.
