Brick pavers in the driveway, neat, white trim on porch railings, and a mix of traditional siding on the teal blue exterior give this beach home the look of a classic, American beach cottage. AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first floor houses an open-concept arrangement, featuring a great kitchen and living area surrounded by all-white, shiplap-lined walls. The sunny space is backed by a handsome stairwell railing and more wood detailing you’ll love. Sink into comfy couches and seating in front of a flat-screen TV after time on the beach or at one of three community pools—all within walking distance. At mealtime, enjoy a fully appointed kitchen where stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cookware appeal to the chef in your family. The large island provides plenty of workspace and accommodates casual dining with four, stylish, bar-height chairs. Between kitchen and living room, a stylish dining area offers mixed seating that combines four cane-back chairs with handsome, wing-back arm chairs at opposite ends of a broad table. The entire living space, dressed in beachy whites with blue accents as soothing at the sea, invites you to enjoy quality family time. And a half bath offers convenience. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms. The serene, primary suite offers a four-poster, king-size bed, a large, walk-in shower, and his-and-her sinks. A second guest room offers a queen-size bed and window seat, along with beachy artwork. A beautifully tiled bathroom connects it to the fun bunk room, which has two sets of built-in bunks with sturdy built-in ladders and striped bedding. This community is simply beautiful! We enjoy all the lakes, pools and beaches in this community. Very clean, well maintained community grounds. The house was also clean but some issues with pets control as we found few roaches during our stay! The house was fenced in which was perfect for our dog.
