Easy access and parking for condo. All information for check in and check out was listed on our account and email. Perfect walking distance for the beach and a quick drive if you want to bring beach items to stay for the day. Condo was a great location between the beach and all the local shops and restaurants around town. It was also very clean and had everything you needed for cooking and laundry. Location was great, but upon entry into the unit there is an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. I specifically looked for a non smoking unit, and this is listed as non-smoking, but it's obvious that there's been smokers in this unit. Also, the overall cleanliness of the unit should have been better, the floor was sandy, and left your socks or feet dirty after just a short time of walking around. Overall ok, but the cigarette smell was hard to get over- would not recommend unless they do a deep/deep clean and get rid of the tobacco smell. ##### Leo S. The unit was very clean, the check in/out process was seamless and the unit was equipped with all of the things we needed to use. They no longer make up the top bunk's sheets so you have to put it yourself - not a dealbreaker whatsoever, just setting that expectation. The unit has thin walls so you can hear people flushing the toilet from the unit above us. It was overall a pleasant experience and I will recommend and stay again. ##### Joan G.
