Come and enjoy Sunset Point, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, on the water with gorgeous views to follow. This coastal home is great for sunsets, sunrises, tans, a shared pool, on the water canal with fishing, boat slips, a playground for the public across the street with sand volleyball, walking/running area and more! The beach is down the street, a 10-15 min cruise in a golf cart! Come out and relax on this waterfront property! This property is on the second floor, corner to the left, over looking the pool and waterfront canal. You will enter into an open floor plan. It is fully furnished and provides 2 beds to sleep 4 comfortably. It has a fenced in blacony to enjoy and hangout looking over the water. Bedroom 1: Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress so you can relax and have a great nights rest. USB port chargers are on each side of the night stands so you can easily charge your electronics. The room has a closet and a dresser for extra space. It provides a flat screen TV and you are more than welcome to sign into any apps that are available. Bathroom 1: An attached full tub/shower bathroom in Bedroom 1 that provides a hair dryer, bathing towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bedroom 2: Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. A waterfront canal to fish from, and you are more than welcome to use a boat slip during your stay at no extra cost. Location: This property will have 2 reserved parking spots, guest parking will be in the cul-de-sac area (first come, first serve) where you can also park a boat or trailer. We please ask to not park in anyone elses reserved spot or block the neighbor that is beside you. You are more than welcome to use the boat ramp that is across the street from the playground, however please do not leave your trailer/vechile in the parking lot. Parking at the boat ramp is for residentials only. Pool: This property has a shared pool with everyone staying at this complex that is open 24/7 (there are only 6 units at this complex). Go to take a load off and relax. The owners do provide 4 sun loungers, 4 beach chairs, and 4 pool noodles for you to use at the pool or beach area. The owners kindly ask to please rinse and bring them back to the property when you are done using. Golf Carts: We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us! Please follow up in the rental guide link we send you. You will have access to the golf cart rental link and discount code. Fishing: You can fish off the deck behind the balcony, down the street at the beach or you can also book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link! Beach: Whitecap Beach is a 6 min drive. Bob Hall Beach is a 7 min drive. JP Luby Beach is a 10 min drive. Mustang Island beach is a 20 min drive. Malaquite Beach is a 17 min drive. Padre Island National Seashore - 11 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife. You will have access to the entire condo. The beach is a 6min drive. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking.
