Located on a large, beautifully landscaped lot, this well-thought-out and well-maintained estate offers something for your entire family. From the gated, private pool with a covered hot tub to the rec room with a foosball table, the homeowners have thought of everything to make your vacation a memorable one! This home is just a short stroll to the beach and offers fantastic views of The Atlantic from the crow's nest deck. Ground Level: Features a rec room with a foosball table, a 32-inch TV, a wet bar with a mini fridge, and a sliding glass door to the pool area. You will also find a Futon sleeper in the rec room. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with 2 Bunk Sets and a TV that share a full bathroom. Step outside and enjoy the private pool and a hot tub that sits under a covered deck.

Mid Level: This level is home to 4 bedrooms...a Queen primary with TV/DVD, another Queen primary with TV and deck access, and a bedroom with TV & deck access that shares a full bath with a room that has 2 Singles with TV/DVD and deck access.

Top Level: Offers an expansive, open great room with a 55-inch TV and a separate sitting area. Outside, thru a sliding glass door, you'll enjoy the views from the oceanside decks with crow's nest deck located on the southeast corner. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dual dishwashers. There is a large dining table that seats 10 and seating for 7 more at the kitchen bar. Rounding out this level is a half bath just off the great room.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.

House was in a wonderful location and we loved the hot-tub! We did have to plug the refrigerator in and out of the wall several times due to it turning off and getting a error message. Also there were a lot of cobwebs throughout the house. May want to bring your own pillows as they are pretty flat and used. But the positive is there are plenty of nice blankets. We hated to leave and loved our stay!

The decks are great for viewing the ocean,the swings on the 2nd deck are amazing, the pool is nice and has plenty of floaties and toys. The house itself is spacious but could benefit from some updates and a good through cleaning.

The location is great along with the set up of the house I’ve been coming to obx for many years and the pool area is one of the best Also like they have a lot of things at the house like a pump for inflatable rafts and other things Beds are not queens as listed but doubles and the carpet is a little worn but that is expected Overall a great experience

We loved the neighborhood and location. The bones of the house are really great, the layout and setup is ideal for 3 families. The house needs updates.... One queen bed had 2 posts/ legs missing and rocks were literally propping it up! The management company came to assess, but never returned to repair. A tile was loose in the kitchen near the top step causing a safety hazard, the management company came the next day to fix. Many of the closet doors were difficult to open or off the track. Management company did come to fix this. Other than that, 1 of the dishwasher's racks are in disrepair (usable but not in good shape), carpets were dirty, kitchen floor was dirty, spider webs in the corner of the walls and on light fixtures, and many more spider webs were all over the deck making for some folks to be uneasy with spending time there. The house has a lot of potential, but desperately needs a deep clean and some repairs/ updates.

Loved the proximity to the beach. It was also close to Food Lion and Harris Teeter. Loved the setup of the house but we had a few issues especially with the kitchen. The freezer did not work and we called it in to Vacasa but no one ever came to look at it. And the 2nd dishwasher needs to be replaced because it’s all broken inside. Needs a good cleaning too!

House was not cleaned well at all: dirty decks and pool area, used clothing found left laying around, trash found in the bunk beds, sticky stained floors, and TVs did not work. It also has a must/mold smell. It was a great location, nice view, and lots of room just wish it was cleaner.

House was fine but had a few quirks. Beds are all full, not queen sized. One dishwasher was in rough shape (it still worked), broken step to top deck, and overall not really cleaned out well. Misc items left under beds and pool area had several clothing items left. On the pro side, the pool and hot tub were very nice. Top floor layout is nice and roomy for a big family. Rental agency was attentive and replaced a missing coffee pot in hours, and repaired a faulty AC in less than 24 hours.

Pros: Large beautiful large house. The house was clean and it was an easy walk to the beach. Cons: The price listed is not the price of the house. It is normal not to include the taxes in the price but the VRBO Fee is an additional charge on your bill not included in the listing. Beware, the reality company automatically charges trip insurance on the bill. You have to call to have it removed. Regarding the house itself, it looks like no one checks for burned out lights. Lights were out at the pool, in the outdoor shower and in the bedrooms. Watch out for the door to one of the dishwasher. When you open it, it drops like a rock. Both my wife and my daughter-in-law have burses on their feet from being hit with the door. Door latches to the garage and the top front deck door are hard or impossible to open. The garage door opener stops working then suddenly starts working. Lost power in one of the bedrooms. We called on this problem and it was promptly fixed. In conclusion, it was a beautiful house and if the owner or the maintenance service were to pay a little more attention to the little things, it would be a perfect vacation house. The renter should not be the owner's quality control, From my family's experience, I would not rent this house again.
