"The staff were courteous. The room was clean except for the filthy ceiling vent in the bathroom. There was no decaf coffee available to the rooms. The floors were uneven to the point of affecting a persons gait and "soggy" in places. Conversations could easily be heard from nearby rooms. I would not stay there again for the price. A light bulb was burned out in the bathroom. I informed the staff early after check in. The bulb had not been replaced by checkout on day 3."

The condition of the room was unacceptable to the point that we couldn’t even stay there for one night. When we contacted reception, they initially said there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating. After insisting, they eventually offered us another room, but it had twin beds instead of the double bed we had booked. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or service, and we would not recommend it"
