"I had 2 rooms booked for 3 nights. Both rooms were horrible. AC didn't work in 1 room, the AC barely worked in the other. Staff would enter the rooms even when asked not to, after the 1st time they barged in. 1 day they were told to not enter and when we returned the door was open and they had entered the room. Rooms needed a deep cleaning. Prior customers hair, blood, body fluid & trash were in the rooms. 1 room even had old panties in there! When asking the staff for fresh towels the staff had a bad attitude. When the issues were brought to the front desks attention they said a manager could not be reached. Never in the 3 night stay could a manager be reached. When I brought all of this to hotels.com attention the hotel lied and said we had been offered to switch rooms. Absolutely not. I can't even believe this place is listed on Hotels.com Major disappointment. Hotels.com did add some $ (appearantly a specific amount is not allowed in a review?) to my hotels.com account. Definitely feel as tho more than that should've been loaded."
