"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"

"Staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Javier is the best! Also have a younger man for the evening shifts and he’s just as awesome. Convenient location with a ton of food options to walk too. South beach is a quick 15 minute Uber or Lyft. Affordable hotel as well."
