"This is a very nice property in a great part of Miami, close to dining and good walking neighborhood. Guest room had a beautiful view (with balcony) of Biscayne Bay. We had some trouble getting the toilet to flush and despite 2 attempts to get assistance from the staff, nobody ever came to the room, forcing us to take the cover off the rear of the tank and jingle it after every use. Also, the A/C would not adjust to a higher temperature so it was either "on" full blast, or off. Kudos to the...
