« Our door was broke wouldn't close without pushing on it. The window was unlocked and it was very hard to lock. The screen was broke like someone tried to break in. Chairs was dirty with stains on it the other chair was broke. Bathroom door would not stay open. One bed was very soft and the other was hard. « The room I was assigned had an unpleasant odor. I explained that to Casey and she immediately assisted me in finding another, acceptable room. Casey was great!
Travelers should know that Sparks by Hilton is a “no frills “ motel. So no note pen or pen in the room. No coffee pot in the room. Be sure to grab a cup from the 24 hour coffee area near the lobby because there isn’t one in your room.
