« I was driving back to Alabama with my small children and felt myself getting sleepy on the road. I pulled over in Nashville and chose this hotel to spend the night at to avoid driving drowsy. Upon arrival, the night staff were so efficient and friendly! Check in took maybe 2-3 minutes, tops. They realized I was traveling with children, and informed me that breakfast was at 6:30. « Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption. »

« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. « Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. « Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling. »

« The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. There was noticeable hair and dust throughout, and visible buildup in and around the vents in both the bathroom and bedrooms. I’d recommend staying here only if necessary until these issues are addressed. The property is expecting renovations in the near future, so hopefully that will also bring improved cleanliness standards. »
