« Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption. »

« Upon arrival, there were not enough luggage carts available. Had to wait over 1/2 hour, a representative then went to a nearby motel and borrowed one of their carts for our use.
After we arrived home, we received an additional bill for two nights of parking. $10 per night that had never been discussed. Parking was limited, and to be honest, we had to park at the end of their lot next to a business. Not sure if that was part of their parking lot or belonged to the other business. »
