We had a lovely view over the vineyard and Lake Seneca, very peaceful and serene. The hotel and rooms are a little dated but everything was very clean and the location more than makes up for it.

The best staff I have seen in a long time. All very kind and helpful. Clean room and very nice bed and linens. Breakfast was simple but had something for everyone.

We were staying for 5 nights and we really have nothing to complain. Very clean. Room has all we needed in good condition. Comfortable beds. Good AC unit. No outside noise. Breakfast very basic, but nobody promised a feast :). Everything fresh, there are always at least couple of items in each food category regardless of how many clients are trying to have a breakfast in short period of time. We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful modern design. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail. We loved all the little extras, especially the complimentary snacks and the bath bombs. They made the stay feel so welcoming and luxurious.

What a wonderful place for our rest stop on the way home! Check in and out was a breeze and the front desk staff was beyond charming. Very helpful and quick. He provided us with a couple of bottles of water. Such a nice touch. He outlined everything I needed to know about the amenities and next day breakfast times. Beautiful location near the lake and next door to a State Park, we enjoyed the hikes! Food was delicious and grounds were beautiful.

Special thank you to Joanne and the rest of the Dorm Hotel staff for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable. I felt safe and at home which made my first trip to Ithaca and the country so memorable ! Hopefully I’ll be able to go back sometime soon :)
