"Great place to stay if you have a child attending Geneseo and can’t get a room in Geneseo. Only 15 min away in the cute town of Avon."

"I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "

"We had a very relaxing couple nights . Ate out once ate in and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils . The falls were relaxing to hear and see . The hot tub was a bonus . ThankYou we will be back . "
