"This is a budget hotel. It's an aged property. But price is right, and it's only for one night!Lou at the front desk is an angel and she wants to be helpful. She even offered to give me a lift to dinner in town. If you are riding the train and you want to save a few bucks then stay here. There is a new Sinclair convenience store 100 yards away that has great breakfast burritos and good coffee."

"We loved the peace and serenity of this cabin. 15 minutes from town if you need supplies or want to go out for a meal. The Conejos River is so beautiful! Host was so accommodating and communicative. The only thing we didn’t love was the temperatures in the cabin overnight as it was warm and no central AC. Being from Texas we are spoiled & used to sleeping cool! The fire ban and river conditions due to drought this year was a bummer but that is just life! We will be back!"
