« The hotel is new, clean, and the front desk staff were super polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the noise. The walls seem very thin, and you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and hallways, even small sounds. It was very difficult to sleep because of the constant noise throughout the night, especially around 4 a.m. This happened during all three nights of our stay »

« We got to the hotel at 1am and the young man at the front desk was very friendly and very respectful. Made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful with finding and making the pancakes. I would return and recommend it to anyone who is flying in late. »

« AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First, the man in front of me had to hand over a $100 bill at check in for the security deposit. Then, when I checked in through Expedia, they swiped my card and actually deducted $80 from my account (I use Expedia all the time and never is an amount deducted). The desk attendant assured me I’d have it back the next day. Now, the amount is no longer pending…it’s processed and I’ve been told it could be more than a week before it’s returned! They took it instantly but...
