« Overall, we had a good experience at the Hyatt in Portland. The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had great amenities.
Unfortunately, the condition of the carpet in our room was a major disappointment. We were traveling with our pets, and the carpet appeared to have been heavily soiled by previous animals and had a very strong urine odor. It was unpleasant enough that it significantly impacted our stay.
