« Nice but smelled bad around the base of the commode. No way is the handicap room a handicap room. No walk in shower. If one cannot step over the side of the tub there is no shower. The lady taking care of breakfast was very nice, and always taking care of business.over all, a nice place to stay. Check in was easy. »

« Being unfamiliar with the TV setup, it would have really helped to have a paper guide to its workings. After three days, we were finally able to turn on the sound and determine which controller turned on the TV, and even why we had so many options when we absolutely did not know what was. Disc network is simple. This setup is a real problem for the technologically handicapped. »

« We really enjoy our stay. Karen was really helpful getting us settled in and if we needed anything she was there. The kitchen was adequately stocked. We loved the big fenced in back yard. Our little dog really enjoyed it. Enjoyed hearing the story and history of the Castle. We definitely will be coming back. »

« The setting, on a gravel road in the woods, was beautiful, quiet and private. A nice fire pit was provided in an open area with chairs and some wood (we brought additional wood and burned all of it). The cabin was well-prepared and attractive. Fresh, warm homemade bread awaited us at check-in. The newer round shower was great. The loveseat was comfortable. Everything worked great. Debra responded quickly and completely to our one texted question on arrival, and was helpful with the reservation...

« Very nice place. Tiny but clean with full kitchen and large fridge. Very remote and nice to see the rural views and hear the birds and cows. Tricky to get to, but directions provided were spot on. Just next time please arrange for there to be clear skies so we can see the stars »
