Jose was quick to respond when the coffee machine was not working, new 1 arrived to us same morning & this was a Sunday. We really hope to be back this way in November & will book again. "Cute little place, the room was better than I expected had Netflix and good WiFi very clean stocked with all the bathroom amenities I needed. And comfortable beds with fluffy pillows. Slept great! I would stay again and the breakfast was excellent really offered a sit down menu experience. We could order whatever we wanted. "

"The studio was right in the middle of town which made it convenient for groceries and orientation. The bed was firm and sheets clean. Coffee and sugar were supplied. Room for our car in a carport, and no worries about damage or theft. People of San Carlos were very friendly and helpful. Our hostess, Neyma Rivas, was gracious. A few things could be fixed: the shower had too little water pressure and was not warm enough. A couple more place settings would have made eating there more enjoyable....

"The room was spotless , overlooking to pool. We went in the pool which was very clean , and very refreshing. No complaints about anything and I thought it was great value. We got breakfast at a local restaurant, Chamizzo , which I can recommend. "

"When I booked property it said 3 bedroom house. Instead it is a small motel and they gave us 3 out of 4 rooms and 2 of those had twin beds even though advertised as king. We made it work. It was the only pet friendly option we could find. Also, I booked through Expedia but was forced to download VRBO app to communicate. The map location sent us to the town square and we had to make an international call to get ahold of property owner via VRBO. She was very responsive and drove us to the location...
