"Great hotel "

"Entire hotel was recently renovated and very clean. Front desk staff, specifically, Monica, was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay again."

"The hotel clerk was new and was not well trained. Check in took over 10 minutes and she had to put us in a different room after initially giving us a room with no electronic lock. The next room was a smoker room (booked non-smoking) and it was hot as the A/C wasn't on. Also the bed was not fully made and we had to go ask for a full roll of toilet paper. Also homeless people were congregated outside the hotel by the dumpster."
