"Easily the very best STAFF ever. We booked the night and we were SO excited! But we blew our radiator and were stuck on the side of the road for hours waiting for a tow. They were absolutely fabulous and gave me a refund. I will absolutely re-book when we can actually make it that way again. We were so bummed. Kids crying. Lots of cuss words from us. But talking to the woman who answered the phone restored my faith for a moment, at least ;) Signed, one sad family who was looking forward to this vacation"

"Great location and cabin in a quiet neighborhood convenient to local fishing spots and Pinecrest Lake. It was perfect size for my wife and I to spend a couple of days fishing and enjoying the mountain beauty. We would definitely visit again"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and found everything very clean. The location is great and we were able to walk right down to the river and fish. However this is an older home and it seemed a little overpriced for the condition of the living room and deck. The sofas were not very comfortable and the deck needs some sprucing up. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were there on a very hot week in August and without a/c, the fans did not do an adequate job of cooling. The screen door to the patio was missing so we had no thru ventilation, and there are no shades on the back windows to keep out the sun."

"This was the perfect location for our family reunion. It's really hard to find a property that can fit 35-40 people, with enough space so everyone felt comfortable. The property is so well stocked -- so many times rentals won't have the basics or maybe not enough towels or whatever. They have thought of everything here! Fully stocked kitchen, two fridges that were strong enough to keep everything cold, plenty of bath and pool towels, etc. The game barn was a great spot for the kids and teens to spend some time. The living room had good seating, plenty of patio areas in the backyard. Yana and Chase are super nice and were great with communication -- answered questions in a timely manner (even pre-trip) and were available if anything came up at all. Would def recommend for a large group."
