We have a convention of about 250 people at this hotel every year. The Saturday lunch and dinner were both dysfunctional, with delays of 60 and 90 minutes before we could eat. They ran out of silverware and some food items. The food was good when we finally got it. My room was good, check in was slow and understaffed. Water pressure was weak. The meal delays impacted the convention.

We were in town for the weekend and booked this hotel just for the pool so the kids could go swimming. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the entire weekend and weren’t told this till after check in. Also when we called to place a dinner order we found out the menu linked to the QR code in the room is incorrect. Over all for how busy the hotel was it was extremely quiet and clean.

UPDATE: Do not stay here!!! They double charged my card and I called to get a refund. The man who answered told me he would have his manager refund me the next day. I gave it a week to see the refund and got nothing. I just called again and the woman on the phone told me she would do the refund right now. We will see if that actually happens. I have never ever had this bad of an experience anywhere I’ve stayed. The Hilton franchise should shut this location down. Original review: I rarely leave bad reviews but as I’m sitting in my hotel room right now I feel like I need to warn people about this place. The female employee that greeted us at the front desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. When I first walked into the room I immediately noticed how outdated it was. It had just been cleaned and I think housekeeping did the absolute best they could with what they were working with but it felt very dirty and had a strong odor to it. Our room was also missing a trash can. There was zero trash can anywhere in the room. I asked housekeeping and the front desk and they said they’d take care of it but hours later we still didn’t have a trash can. I went to the front desk again and let them know we still didn’t have one and the guy said “oh well. I put in a request.” I asked if he had any trash bags we could just use and he said he didn’t but he gave us some laundry bags. Theres also a really sketchy vent right next to the shower head with out any screws in it and it really fre

I was in town for daughter’s graduation with family of 8 . We had 2 rooms for 2 night and I called a few hours for arrival to request that the rooms be adjoining. The representative said he would try to get them adjoining but if it wasn’t in my reservation, may not be available. I get there and they have sold out and the rooms I paid for were sold to some person who just walked in with no reservation.

When we got there they had overbooked so we drove 5 hours with a 3 and 5 year old and didnt have a hotel room at midnight. The front desk worker was very uncompassionate and rude. Expedia tried to call the hotel several times for a refund but they didnt answer.

We DID NOT get to check in. We arrived approximately 8:30pm and was told, along with 5-6 other guests waiting in line, that they were overbooked & had no available rooms even though they showed our reservation. Can you please compensate us for this huge inconvenience of having to find another place to stay at that late hour.

Location is pretty good. The facility however is OLD .. the rooms are very old with small window that barely gets the light in ... You feel you're in a hotel in the 80s with the popcorn walls, old and dirty carpet and shower. The Breakfast is poor, bad quality & VERY expensive for such a facility.

This property was pretty old and worn down. Beds are exceptionally small, pictures were missing from the wall in our room, hallways were dim and dusty. Outside entry doors did not work, causing you to go in the main entrance every time, which was quite the distance from our room. The pool was open, but was so cloudy you couldn't see your hands underwater, and there never any towels in the pool area. While all the staff was friendly, the property itself needs some major renovations.

This property was nothing like it was advertised to be. I took my boyfriend there for our 6 year anniversary and truly couldn’t be more disappointed. I hate complaining but we drove three hours to stay at this hotel. We had to go back and fourth to the front desk several times because our room keys wouldn’t work. The room keys wouldn’t allow us into the pool area. We had to have someone let us in the pool area each time we wanted to go. We were told that the bar would be open at 5pm and it wasn’t open by the time we left for dinner at 8pm. The staff told us for the inconvenience we could have free breakfast, however when we went to eat breakfast, the man told us that we weren't allowed. overall, I'm just very disappointed and unsatisfied.

From check in until we left it was really awful. I booked two rooms. Went to check in and gave my name and the front desk person checked me in and gave me one room key. So I asked about the second room and he said “ how was I supposed to know you had two rooms? “ I don’t know maybe because you work here and are looking at the reservations? Does the system really not show that I booked two? I did it in the same transaction. We did not get rooms near each other. The entire hotel smelled like weed. Half the lights and outlets didn’t work, there was old trash under the pull out sofa, it was just purely awful. So disappointed.
