We had an awesome experience at this hotel. Room was really comfortable double sink and bathroom was great for kids. The on-site restaurant was also great. Overall we have an amazing experience and would stay again!

This hotel was fantastic! We were happy with every detail other than sad they did not have a hot tub, but we knew this when we booked. Clean, comfortable, great staff, great breakfast! Would stay again!

The property is newly renovated and very well maintained. It is quiet and very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property and would book again when I’m in the area. The photos are accurate to the way the rooms look in person.

The room was very clean, spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff were helpful and location close to interstate made stopping a breeze. Great little lake town with wide range of restaurants and pubs was only minutes away. Had a great dinner at Badgers Den.

Room was clean, nice river view. Good location. No beach at this property as it was advertised (not a big deal for us but just be aware). The add is misleading, the Natura resorts are far from each other and you need a vehicle to go between them. It was not an issue for us and having access to all Natura facilities was great. They can have better/more washing machines if it’s advertised as available. We will be back.

I checked in today and checked in by a very nice elderly lady whomneas infomative, patient, and nice. Unfortunely, the pool had hust been drained but thats fine. I understand. The toom was bigger and very very clean and tidy. Only thing i can complain about is, desk lamp bulb socket is so loose and lifht didnt work, i unplugged just in case. A/c works better in my room than when i paid 336bucks in vanvouver sandman hotel.. great bargain this motel.. highly recommend.. .
