"We had a nice stay. The beds and couches were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside. It was stocked with nearly all the items we needed for a great trip. The kitchen oven happened to be inoperable during our stay and the owner was notified. He was nice and quick to respond to any of our messages. The dock is fixed and not floating. We had 5' tide changes and had to plan for them. So some may want to consider this when deciding the best times to boat or paddle. Overall a very nice stay!"

"Wonderful home, we stayed a week and hardly left the property (and didnt want to either). Our family caught several fish, had dolphins come daily within feet of the property, and even had a large manatee swing by. We enjoyed the fishing poles and kayaks (with child and adult life vests), the games and grill. Everything was provided. We would stay here again."

"We truly enjoyed our time at Rocks Retreat. The home was clean and spacious. The two balconies were great. We got to fish , make smores and visit with masters on the backyard beach. The game room was a hit for all of us. The host was phenomenal as well as maintenance, after it rained he came quickly and cleaned the water out of the boats for us! We really enjoyed kayaking and going out in the boat. We will definitely return. "

"This was our second time booking here and will definitely plan on staying again for our next Florida trip! Plenty of room for a family of 4, clean and everything in working order. Owner is very responsive to any questions at any time. We were very satisfied with our stay. The pool is very clean and well maintained. Following a couple storms that came through, the pump was running but, the jets were not running properly and right away we contacted the owner who responded quickly and explained what we could do or that he could contact the pool company. This experience proved how the owner valued his home and the guests as well! "
