"We had numerous issues while we were there and every time I asked the staff to help I was lied to and they never did a thing to help us. The room was out of toilet paper and I had to remind them 3 times to bring any. It took over 24hrs before I got any. Our key cards stopped working. The bed linens were torn. The door safety latch was broken. We had no coffee cups in the room and when I asked for some I was told to come get some downstairs in the restaurant because nobody was going to bring me any. The window blinds were torn in a couple places and they used duct tape to try and repair them. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart etc… I could keep going. I usually never complain about stuff but I couldn’t let this one go."

"This was a quick over night stay. It was dark when we arrived. The parking area was well lit up. We had a good nights sleep. Loved that there was a sleep button on the remote. Clean room. Breakfast wasn’t much but the price of the room was good. "

"My room was comfortable and the mountain view was fantastic! Breakfast was tasty and the sitting area was inviting. Great location. Enjoyable experience."

"AC was fine. What laundry services? that washer/dryer shed out back that closes at 9pm? I love the upgrades, but you need to change out the electrical sockets...cords and plugs just fall out of them...and I have stayed the same room now a couple of times..these never got changed. The mirror is pretty cool, but not bright enough to shave with."

"Security seems lax, especially given the downtown location. Without a ground-floor manned operation it gives the hotel a "wide open for all to charge in" look. That I didn't like that. I would not recommend a female stay there unless she was a USMC combat vet with bulging rippling muscles."
