The reserved spot inside the gate for parking was bonus feature and was great not worrying about parking. The beds were very comfy. The shower had great water pressure and loads of hot water, but note it can be a little difficult stepping in and out of the high sided tub. Jeremy responded quickly to any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful! The pictures are just like what is shown in the listing. The beds are very comfortable and each room has its own ac/heat unit. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. The location is great and close to everything. Also includes parking which is great. The host is very easy to contact and always willing to help. The location of the VRBO was ideal for our stay as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars downtown and an easy commute to local hikes.
