Lakefront property. You will enjoy a full bathroom with a very large shower, pantry, laundry room, and beautiful views of Burgess Lake Reservoir. Our favorite area is the large patio with a double swing in which we relax and take in all of the views of the mountain. Walkout lower level 2 bedroom with queen size hide-a-bed in the main living area. Sleeps 6\. No pets allowed. The HOA has restricted water activities and fishing to residents only. This is listed as a duplex but it is actually a basement apartment. The owners live upstairs. There are no televisions, no stove, no oven...all items I would assume are standard but not so. The view alone was breathtaking. The home is nicely decorated and our host left delicious cookies for us. My family felt right at home.
