It’s a walk across the street to the best park in the city with paddleboarding, a skate park, ice skating, velodrome, boating, etc. This freshly remodeled, comfortable, 2bed 1 bath unit has a fully stocked kitchen to make your own food with plenty of extras (crock pot, blender, etc). This is a separate unit within a duplex. You will have your completely separate space inside, but the backyard space is shared. Excited to host you!

Great Place with fun backyard

House overall was super clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Very close to downtown and easy drive to other Colorado Springs locations. Hot tub and fire table were fun and towels were provided. Communication from host covered everything, including information on what to do around town. Will definitely stay here again and bring 4 friends with us next time.
