Full kitchen stocked. Tastefully decorated in Southwest theme. Comfortable king bed. Antique dressers and lots of storage. Large walk-in shower. Large covered deck with lots of seating and a swing. Also a patio table and umbrella and a grill on the patio area. Smoking allowed outside. When the listing noted the place was “cozy” I assumed that was code for tiny, as it usually is in the real estate market. The place was lovely, but not tiny by any means. We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, decorated and comfortable. The area was close to many attractions of Colorado Springs and reasonably close to events we attended in Denver. It is located in quiet residential neighborhood and the whole area is picturesque with Pikes Peak as a constant backdrop.
