We are centrally located near all the Pikes Peak area attractions and the road to the top of Pike Peak is located just 5 minutes from us. It was after a visit to the top of Pikes Peak that AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL was written so you can only begin to imagine the beauty that awaits you. Should you like a break from the mountains we are also located only 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, which has numerous attractions as well. There is plenty of space here to explore not to mention the creek that flows through the back of the house. We have a deck that surrounds half the house and from the deck you can see the creek that flows through the backyard. The creek brings wildlife from all around. You may see a deer come up to you and say hi or a family of raccoons watching the foxes playing out in the field. The birds that fill the trees bring music to a place that is already majestic. There is a patio that is close to the creek for you to relax and enjoy the babbling brook. There is no better place to relax and unwind or if you are looking more for fun and adventure, there is plenty to do around every corner. We look forward to welcoming you and to provide for you the venue to create memories that will last a life time. Please also be aware that this listing is for the entire house of 8 bedrooms. Events would only be by arrangement for a fee. This property is cleaned with disinfectant that is effective against coronavirus. Between stays, all towels and bedding are washed in water that s at least 60°C/140°F. Guests are able to check in and check out without any person to person contact. Mice, mold, dirty, partial beds, and more. My family of 12 all got sick and left after 2 days of our 7 day reservation. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for property manager to make it right. Plenty of parking space. The property is old and somethings (deck) were rickety. It seems like a duplex where a staircase had been added. This made some places kind of cramped.
