"Came down for a weekend trip in Charleston, and had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Shawn was very accommodating and not intrusive in the slightest. The air conditioning was iffy at times since the standalone unit was frozen to 73-74 F but a very minor complaint. Easy access to Charleston (30 mins). Would recommend to solo travelers!"

"While the host was very responsive when we reported issues (Toilet running all through the night), the cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. Upon checkout I communicated with the host about problems we saw (hair in bathtub), what appeared to be black mold under windows in front room, stale/musty odor upon entering and noisy downstairs guests. I furnished pictures of the issue. They assured me they use a professional cleaner and had never had any complaints but they would personally look into it. Later that day they texted to say the problems had been taken care of but when asked to supply photos showing the "mold" had been eradicated they failed to send any. Since we had someone in our group that had severe asthma, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others unless they can show that the "mold" has been eradicated."

"Everything was laid out perfectly. The setting was gorgeous. The service was impeccable. The location was wonderful. Downtown Somerville is gorgeous as well. Had a great time as was proximity to Charleston. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations. Highly recommend!"

"Everything we needed for a long weekend visiting family for Easter. Comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms is clutch when traveling with 5 teenagers! Plenty of space in main living area for all. Great place…likely to become our go-to since it’s so close to our family in Summerville."

"Ginger was a great helpful host. Her home was very clean. She was always available for any questions we had. She left a nice bottle of wine and snacks for us. The beds were very comfortable. We had soap and shampoo, etc. Paper towels, some spices and anything else you might need. The home was well equipped. Within walking distance or a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.We would definitely stay here again when in the area."
