It was a nice if a small room, however it seemed like the air conditioner wasn't working properly, had to keep the window open 24/7 in January.

Great hotel but a bit outside the main city center
Really nice hotel, modern and in a quiet part of the city. It’s a bit of a walk from the train station especially with luggage but doable. My room was clean and spacious and included a desk. I would book again.

The hotel itself is very pretty modern & very clean. Great selection of breakfast, quality if the food was great. The one point to focus on is the costumer service in the reception especially by the bar.. apart from that its great!

Last minute booking for us. Pros- good breakfast, simple and stylish rooms, friendly staff. It's not right in the thick of things, but there is easy access to transit to other neighborhoods.

It was clean and it all looks pretty new. Only downsides: the bathroom was tiny and the room very warm. Adjusting the temperature settings had no effect.

All staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was amazing! My dad and I stayed there during our trip to Koln, and we had to share a bed. Slightly awkward but we made it work. The breakfast was wonderful and the bar was even better! There’s no refrigerator or iron in the room, but minor details. Highly recommend staying here!

Location is 5 minutes walk from the city center, old and new markets. The hotel/motel is basic but well-maintained. Room is compact and there is no room service. No coffee machine or anything fancy in the room, but is good for a short stay. If you need an iron/iron board, you will have to ask the reception. Parking is available but may be busy (i.e. no empty spaces) in the weekend. So, you may have to wait or go around before a parking spot becomes available. In other words, a parking spot is not guaranteed. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, good location
Hotel was very clean and most of it felt brand new. Staff were extremely helpful when we arrived, giving us a city map and recommending good areas for food and drink. Location was ideal, it is a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Spotlessly clean, central and friendly
While the room is basic in terms of facilities it is spotlessly clean, bright and stylish. The only thing that could be improved on is the addition of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Check in was friendly and swift. Lounge area stylish, comfy and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location very near an U-Bahn station and old town. All in all I’d recommend this Hotel if you’re looking for something clean and central. The staff were all very friendly too.

Really good hotel. Stayed in Motel One hotels before in the UK. Only downside was the location. Not really close to any tram/metro stations and it’s about a mile walk to the cathedral. Would probably stay here again for the price.

The hotel is basic, and clean. However the room needs a lot of improvement to make it more comfortable and inviting. It is very obvious that the chain is trying to save money, but having a better room won’t cost much but will give the guests a better experience.

Small but nice room, comfortable bed. Bathroom looked clean but smelled bad (not fresh). Receptionist at arrival (Sunday) were not very eager to check me in earlier than 3 pm. Receptionist on checkout (Thursday) were more helpful. Hotel was in good condition and close to ammenities.

The room was small as expected. If you decide to stay at this hotel I would recommend asking for a high floor and a room that does not face the street. A lot of street noise and sirens as the hotel is close to a fire station. The high floor is good if you want to open the windows at night and not have to smell cigarette smoke.
