"We liked it was modern & clean. What we didnt like was there is no front desk person all day & night. You have to go to the hotel next door to check in & out. Can’t check out on phone. Plus if you want ice, coffee, & breakfast, you have to go to the hotel next door. Good thing is nobody can get in without a key. I was nervous about no one attending front desk area. The price was reasonable through Expedia. Other people were paying over $200 a night in the hotel next door. It was a Saturday night. We paid $136 total. I think the pool was next door also. Our shower head needs replaced. We told them at front desk ( at hotel next door) Can’t imigine staying at this hotel in the winter time. Walking across the parking lit, back & forth!! Unreal."

"My room was nice and clean. Pretty basic. Check in with a young gentleman was pleasant and quick. Breakfast was always gone by the time I got there (7:30/8:00) and the lady at the front desk was entertaining her family rather than maintain breakfast service. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30. Vending machine is woefully under stocked. Walls are thin! Beware."

"There are no box springs for the bed, only a mattress with very little support. Pillows themselves were not clean although pillow cases appeared to be. Black flecks came out of the shower which were visible on the tub bottom when first turned on. Air vent in the bathroom was quite dusty. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. Light bulbs (2) in one lamp both needed to be changed. TV worked well. Kitchen and microwave were clean."

"We initially had some trouble withGPS taking us to the wrong house, but other than that we had no issues. The hosts were very friendly and informative about the area. The property is gorgeous with the bay view right outside your windows on both levels. Just a short walkway to the docks. The house is well thought out with a living area on both floors. The house was not far from all the attractions, maybe an hour to Washington Island. We came a bit early in the season so we missed the crowds. I hope to visit this place again!"
