If you are looking for an Ocean Front Condo for your next vacation you have found the Best Ocean Front location on Orient Beach. Orient Beach has been rated one of the top ten beaches in the world and the view from our condo is panoramic. The sea is so close you can almost feel the spray from the balcony and you can enjoy the sound of the sea while lounging around the condo.

Our condo was professionally decorated in June 2011 with a Caribbean flair including such features as a king size bed with Egyptian cotton linens for your sleeping pleasure. For the chef in the family there is a full service kitchen including a convection oven, four burner stove, full set of chef's knives, Cuisinart cookware, microwave, full size refrigerator and Italian glass tile. Bath is equipped with a hand-held showerhead and a rain shower to freshen up from the beach. Bath also includes washer to launder out the beach sand.. Living area features a 42 inch flat screen television that offers American cable channels including ESPN, NBC, ABC and CNN, DVD player, I-Pod station. Keep in touch with family and friends with your I-Pad or lap top computer by connecting to our complimentary WiFi connection during your stay.

Located in the prestigious Mount Vernon gated community, offering the perfect environment for a safe and restful stay with 24 hour security. A fabulous large pool is located on the beach, along with two tennis courts for your exercise pleasure. Near the reception area is a professional laundry, grocery store and a pizza parlor.

Orient Beach is approx 1 1/2 miles long offering every imaginable water sport, many restaurants, bars, night clubs, a pharmacy and grocery store. At the other end of the beach is Club Orient , a world renowned French Naturists resort.

There is no need to leave the area unless you desire to rent a car and explore the many other beaches, restaurants, and a world class zip line. Phillipsburg is the shopping capital of the Caribbean with designer stores such as Tiffany, Coach and dozens of wonderful jewelery stores. For you fine dining pleasure our condo is located within a mile from Grand Case which is known as the French Quarter of the Caribbean.

This is truly paradise
This is a fabulous place to stay, it's quiet but within walking distance to a little excitement, great places to eat. You can take a 10 minute drive to more action if you wish. Excellent water sports on the beach. The room was clean had all the supplies you could need to cook yourself a meal if you want. (Food is a little pricey since it is an island). But delicious.

Excellent location. Incredible view.
Beautifully decorated and fully equiped. Located right on Orient Beach. The very private balcony looks directly over Orient Bay. There is a huge pool just recently reopened. The owners, Tony and Brent couldn't have been more accomodating when we had weather delays of our flights. We definitely will stay here again .

Orient Beach
My wife and I spent our vacation at Tony’s place. The view is exactly as the pictures show. Orient Beach is quiet and very relaxing. It is like a nature channel with the sound and view of the ocean and waves 24/7. Linda and Hode, the property managers, are wonderful people and will help you anytime and answer all your questions quickly and precisely. The convenience store on sight is perfect for grabbing some small things and the pizzeria on site is delicious. The Super U grocery store is a short distance away and has everything you need to stock the fridge and cupboards. It was our first visit to the island and it was fantastic. Driving was easy and recommend getting a car as it allows you to see so much of the island. If you prefer a quiet and relaxing vacation consider Mount Vernon, Orient Beach because you will not be disappointed!!!!

Nice Getaway
This property is very nice. There were a few minor problems but overall it was comfortable, clean and lovely. Magnificent view. There was hurricane damage in the condo building and parking was challenging. We enjoyed walking the beach and eating pizza and salad at a nearby. Really like the French side of the island. Quiet. Grand Case is close by and we enjoyed hiking at Loterie Farm. Deffinitely will consider staying here again! Thank you for sharing you piece of paradise!

Fantastic Condo, Beach and location
This condo is lovely and well equipped. The view is great and the beach is not crowded. You could walk over a half mile before running into a busier area. The whole condo area is still recovering from the hurricane and so construction and barriers abound- but we just said that’s part of being on the island. Parking is a 5 min. walk in a bumpy lot but ended up being OK. Owners were very responsive and answered all questions promptly and pleasantly. Merci!

Brent and Tony were excellent from the very beginning. The condo is great, amazing views of Orient Beach. The pics on line are 100% accurate. We loved St Martin, beaches fantastic restaurants top class and so many things to do besides the beaches. We found the island difficult to navigate while driving due to a lack of signage. But locals mostly very friendly and helpful. I give Brent & Tony’s place a 9 out of 10. Only thing that would have given it a full 10 would have been a pool, but that is still out of commission since Irma tire the island apart in Sept 2017. Looks like it has mostly recovered. This island is absolutely gorgeous with the ocean, beach and Mountain View’s which can be seen from Brent & Tony’s balcony one the beach.
