"The room was small but nice. The heater wouldn't turn off know matter which way you set the knob. Left a note for whomever cleans. Convenient to find and quite. We had to leave the window open and fan running to cool off the room to sleep."

"We had a great experience at the Seasons Motel in Morton, WA. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Amenities were also very good, including a variety of options served at breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great all-around experience. We highly recommend this motel for your temporary stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique destination and will definitely be back!The primary cabin is a true labor of love—Mark has done an awesome, inspired build using locally sourced materials, including beautiful live-edge siding. It’s quiet, rustic, and peaceful.The off-grid power system is easy to engage, though it requires a bit of awareness. Mark does a great job helping you understand the idiosyncrasies of the cabin: running the generator for about an hour charges the battery to 100%, which then gives you up to 8 hours of power. If you aren't comfortable rationing your power consumption, this might not be the place for you, but we absolutely loved the experience!The sleeping setup includes a loft bed accessed by a small stairwell. As a 5'10" 50-year-old woman, I had no problem getting in and out of the loft comfortably.Very pet friendly.Outside, we enjoyed easy access to the river, and the charcoal grill was simple to light and keep going for dinner. While it feels blissfully remote, a great local grocery store and gas station are right nearby, plus there are plenty of local activities to check out.Thank you, Mark, for sharing this special place with us!"

"This house was absolutely great! There were plenty of activities to do within the 2 days we were there. We used the Kayaks, the Paddle boat, the fishing poles and the Grill. The home was very well cleaned and stocked with any supplies (towels, Kitchen utensils for cleaning/cooking etc). The one experience pet owners should know is that booking through VRBO, it does not allow you to specify how many pets you are bringing. The host does mention in the description the cost per dog, so be prepared to get a message and an additional request for payment if you arrive with more than 1 dog just as we did, I got the message minute's after arriving. Overall, we and our dogs enjoyed the property, we do plan on renting the house again in the future."
