I have stayed here more than once, and I come back for the amenities and the location. The nighttime fire outside is a wonderful draw, and the food here is good. The breakfast, however, is nothing to speak of, and is even more sparse than it appears to be in the images provided by the hotel. The atmosphere is great, and the games available for borrowing make it a great place for kids. However, the amenities charge of $30 a night should just be included in the nightly charge instead of being something extra that is paid upon arrival. It makes the pricing seem misleading. They also charge another $50 per night that is returned upon checkout, but it puts a large dent in your wallet in the meantime. I was not impressed that they expected the guests to make their own beds instead of having housekeeping make the beds by default. You must request housekeeping if you want it. If you use a wheelchair, be aware that their accessible rooms are very small in terms of space between the beds and around the beds, and the beds cannot accommodate a Hoyer lift under them. The beds are very soft and may not work well for certain disabilities. They have no roll-in showers, only tubs, if you need two beds in your accessible room. However, the staff were very helpful in moving the beds so that I could navigate the room better. All in all, I would stay there again, keeping in mind the extra charges that are not listed on the reservation.

Atmosphere was perfect with the theme of hotel. The pics the colors everything. We had a fantastic time. Didn’t have time to hit happy hour but breakfast in the morning was amazing and hit the spot. Can’t want to stay there again.

Parking is hard to find. Overnight valet expensive

The bar closes at 10. The restaurant won't seat you without a "reservation" even though it's half empty. They probably have a staff shortage but won't admit it. Lobby tables left un-bussed. We had to do it ourselves. Room service, vacuums, etc are left in the hall for multiple days, let alone hours. And those nice, clear shower doors? Accumulated soap scum from previous guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet, which was the most important. Overall, a disappointing experience.
