Cougar Vacation Packages

Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. We were given an occupied room at 10:30 PM. I flung the door open with my two children in tow. This put us in a very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. I approached the lady at the front desk about it and it felt like she was shifting blame on the “system” rather than giving us the wrong room. To make things right she gave us a different room and “free breakfast”. The room we were given only had one set of clean towels. So then at 11pm at night we had to wait for towels and toiletries to be brought up. The breakfast the next day was managed by one staff member running frantically around. It took so long to get our food and it was lukewarm at best. The quality of food we received is that of a free breakfast buffet and not of a “premier” breakfast. I appreciate the effort to make things right but unfortunately they missed the bar on the severity of the situation.

The room was very spacious. Good lighting on vanity.

great location, comfortable, clean & fair price. The separate bedroom suite was very roomy and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast; hard boiled cold eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, mini muffins, coffee, juice and oranges. There were a couple of things that obviously needed maintenance. The TV stand in the bedroom was broke and had to be propped up with a book in order not to follow for onto the floor. Also the toilet seat finish was peeling in large pieces making it uncomfortable and unsanitary. The king size room would benefit with a bench or chair and some additional lightning.
