The staff is wonderful. The food at the restaurant is so good! Everything I tried was great. If you order room service, be prepared to carry the tray to your room yourself - I'm not sure if they offer delivery. Whenever I find myself back in Hearst, this is where I'll stay!

It’s pet friendly and there’s a continental breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. Very uncomfortable and made it hard to have a good sleep.

On arrival the front desk clerk was excellent, friendly helpful and accomodating. The lady in the kitchen was very sweet and friendly. Big complaint was the girl behind the front desk in the morning. She was so grumpy to my sister and I, yelled at my sister (69 yr old) when she went to get a glass of juice in the morning after 9am, and wouldn't acknowledge us when we were leaving at 10am in the morning (when we dropped off our room cards at the front desk).
