Clean property with a nice lobby and outdoor patio. Our room faced the patio and was dark and quiet. Breakfast choices were good. I removed a star because the bed was S0 hard and the pillows were scant and lumpy. The continuous fan option on the ac was broken so it kept turning on and off during the night, which was disruptive. Not a great nights sleep. Still, I might stay here again if I brought my own pillows.

We were scheduled for 2 days but only stayed 1 because they did not have hot water. Why would they allow people to book a room knowing there was no hot water? When I asked they said I could only get 18 percent refund. No I should receive at least 50 percent refund. We checked out early had to book another hotel room somewhere else because we are travelling and need to shower. When I checked out they didn't care. I want my money back. You should not allow people to book knowing there is a hot water issue. Completely unacceptable.
