"I was quite surprised that I had to pay an additional $50 for what I was told was 'breakage'...and it would be returned in a week or so. My room could have used some minor work....the shelves under the bathroom sink were awful and needed paint, This is a cheap and easy fix. Also, I am semi-handicapped...and i was surprised there was no ADA height toilet! "
