The pods are fun but keep expectations realistic. We were provided no blanket and the air conditioner got cold but shutting it off it got very steamy. Woken up by two roosters at 4am and every hour afterwards. We did not get the famous hot chocolate and there was no coffee in the am. El Lugar deja mucho qué desear, no responden mensajes. Pedí factura y no he tenido respuesta.Falta de mantenimiento en general a todas las áreas. Los dueños lo tienen abandonado y las personas que te reciben son muy amables pero es fácil ver que no les dan apoyo para mantener el espacio en buenas condiciones. El cenote es construido, no es natural y no hay nada de experiencia de cacao. Está en el entronque con la carretera, sólo accesible en coche. El wifi es debil. Falta infraestructura. La chambre est minuscule et pas pratique du tout, aucune place pour mettre ses affaires, aucune commodité. L'odeur de moisissure est insupportable, le bruit de la ventilation, des chiens et de la route empêchent de dormir correctement. Il y a une seule douche pour tout le monde, et rien n'est pratique.
