"My husband and I came here for our baby moon. The trip started off rocky when we came to our room and the balcony door wouldn’t open. Not a problem, they put us in a different room. However this room did not have the view that we paid for and it was a bit smaller. It also took the bellhops about 2 hours to move our bags from one room to the other. Then night one we did not have the greatest sleep because the mattress and pillows were not comfy at all. I’ve stayed at cheaper places with better mattresses and pillows. Then on night two the AC was not working in the room. At this point we were ready to go home. It was disappointing to pay so much for a stay and run into so many issues. The only thing that made this trip decent was that the property and view was beautiful and the spa is amazing."

"The location is AWESOME! Had a great breakfast in the restaurant. Easy walk to downtown. Great walk along the lake. Great lounge chairs overlooking the lake. Rooms are kinda small. One of the elevators doesn’t work. Overall, still a good value."

"White Springs Manor is a beautiful, historic, bed and breakfast, located in a nice area, about 2 miles from Belhurst Castle, where the breakfast is actually provided. We found the mansion and surrounding property nicely maintained, quiet, and while we felt it was clean, we couldn't help but notice a foul odor coming from a small garbage can, immediately upon entering the vestibule of the mansion. The lodging and amenities were adequate. White Springs Manor deserves a bit more TLC, however. If the mansion could be thoroughly cleaned, windows washed inside and out, updated a bit with the carpeting and in the vending machine space, even polished, it could possibly be an outstanding property, where people would want to return to time and time again. As for us, one visit was enough. Thank you."

"The place is a renovated Quality Inn, but they did a fantastic job. Clean, comfortable, and the young lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was a little on the pricey side, but the food was good. I'll definitely stay here again."

"The building is old. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived at night. The check-in was done entirely in virtual (Zoom/Teams style video call). It took a couple of tryout to have the cards assigned to our room. But, look, for the price, that was okay. The lady in video chat was very nice. The room itself was clean. So, if you just need a room to sleep, that is more than okay for the price."
