"Great hotel for the money, though it's a little off the beaten path (I had no idea where to find Old Saybrook from the hotel location). Still, it was perfect for my needs. They had a nice (free) continental breakfast and the pool area was great. "

Expected goes above and beyond.luxury Property, amazing staff’s great restaurants & bars with amenities, friendly guests , we've met some guest also from NY extended stay due to fog issue in marina instead we enjoyed bonding at Cho Cho lounge on their Monday trivia . Jeff in that bar does a fantastic drinks ! Fresh Seafood meals we enjoyed as well facing marina . "

"The hotel is not scenic, as it is located next to the highway and IKEA, but it is very convenient for getting onto the I-95. Our room was clean, well-lit. Everything worked. Check-in was quick and friendly. We asked for wine glasses and corkscrew and those were delivered quickly. Not far from the various New Haven pizzerias so we ordered pizzas to go. They also had a gym that was small but clean and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I have to do a long drive up the East Coast and need a stop-over between NY and Boston. "

"Very clean and comfortable room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff on check in and check out were very nice. Only downside is that there is a charge for parking in the garage next door (approx $25) so need to factor that in when comparing hotel prices. "

"We loved our stay! The only comment I’d say was I wish the rooms were slightly better ventilated, when we came in our non smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes and we couldn’t get the windows open to air out the smell. Otherwise though amazing!!"
