"Had to get staff up to the room to switch the heat/ac unit to summer instead of winter. The room was pretty warm when we got into it. The staff was up to the room in about 5 minutes and it took 5 minutes to find and fix the problem. Might suggest that a drop dead date (June 1) all units get that switched over."

Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle."
