"Husband i traveled to nj from wv for a wedding that was being held that day at 4pm. With check in at 3 we asked if we could do early check in. The guy at front desk allowed us to check in early. When we got to our room for my husband to get dressed for the wedding, we discovered the room had not been cleaned yet. He stepped inside the door, got dressed and i went to let the staff know that i appreciated him letting us in early but the room was still dirty. He apologized and i told him we were going to head out anyways. He assured me the room would be perfect when we returned. ( 8 hrs later). The bed was made. The trash was taken out. And we had fresh towels. However hair from previous stayers was still on the bathroom floor, no soap, no conditioner, no shampoo. Which luckily we had brought our own shampoo. And the toilet paper roll was almost empty. It was 11 oclock at night. So we showered and went to bed. Got up at 9am and left. "

"We booked this stay for 2 nights. On our first night our AC didn’t work and asked to moved rooms. Going into the second room, we had the same issue with the AC and were moved AGAIN. After finally being in a room with a working AC, our key didn’t work to get into our room. The only way to open the door was to continuously try to swipe the card to enter the room. We booked in hope for a pool and gym and last minute we were informed (by the website) they were doing renovations and were closed. Not impressed. -1/10."

"My room had a smell, but do able for one night, after i sprayed air freshener. The bathroom was dated, I was uncomfortable taking a shower. The tub had to much of a rusty look and what appeared to be mold."
