"The hotel is clean and employees are friendly. We did experience teens banging on our door at 10:45pm twice. We were traveling with our two kids who are under 5 and they were both terrified and did not sleep all night due to them not understanding why someone would come and bang on our doors in a hotel at that time. Never have experienced this before so for that reason I cant give it a 5 star review "

"Location is great right off the highway but very noisy at the same time. One of the rooms was not clean when we received it with m&m laying all over the floor. Bathroom lock installed backward and the door opens on it's own, while the kids bedroom bathroom had no lock, room service would clean one room and leave the second as it is and when we called the reception over it they did nothing. "

"We were there for 3 nights. We found trash under the bed when we arrived, the side of the fridge was covered in whatever the previous person had poured down it, and there was still trash under the sink. The shower was a choice. The shower curtain didn’t even cover anything but the middle of the tub because of the worst shower curtain rod I’d ever seen, so the bathroom was drenched whenever we showered. Breakfast wasn’t much. Staff was hard to find. Wouldn’t stay again, will definitely go elsewhere next year."
