Hotel bien rénové et personnel vraiment très gentil et attentionné. 👌
Super ambiance si on veut aller voir un match de baseball au Progressive Field. On a même eu 2 soirs de feux d’artifice!
On peut vraiment bien visiter la ville à pied. Et facile pour le train pour l’aéroport et pour visiter les musées dans University Circle. Je recommande.

$45 parking over night, rooms were OK, NO towels in the room to take shower with… 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths that’s all we had in our room. No coffee, had to pay $3 for a brown water coffee at the hotel restaurant! Honestly it’s better to stay at a 2-3 start hotels, free parking, clean rooms, and free breakfast! 4 start hotels just DONT CARE to accommodate their guests! Will never stay at this hotel!!!

Some of the employees were very nice and others was rude and almost double charged me on my card. It did hold both charges for a couple of days. One employee clam she was going to fix it and didn’t. The other employee that did correct the mistake provided awesome customer service.

The hotel itself is nice but the staff at the front desk couldn’t take simple directions. I did a book now pay later and when we got to the hotel they already charged my card, we told them we wanted to use a different card on the room and they said they refunded me to my original card. A week went by after our stay and no refund came back to me yet. I had to have Expedia reach out to the property and they lied twice saying they refunded me when they never did. Will never stay here again. Can’t trust a shady staff. Julia at the front desk can’t be trusted.

Julia and Joy were extremely helpful and kind at check-in. Parking was a nightmare due to Cav's game. It was difficult to figure out what to do as the valet section was overloaded and staff was extremely stressed about the parking situation.

Everything was wonderful - clean, very friendly, felt safe, etc. Only complaint was they didn’t have enough staff so when you called for towels, room service, etc. we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves cause no one was available to run it up. Great stay with my kids while attending a concert at the arena across the street. Highly recommend this location due to close proximity. We could walk within 3-5 minutes to all destinations while there.
