✹ This home is located in a quiet residential area and is NOT suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Guests who violate house rules or allow unauthorized visitors may be removed from the property without refund.
✹ Contactless self check-in is available through the keypad on the front door. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.
✹ This home was thoughtfully designed for out-of-town guests, and we enjoy hosting travelers with positive short-term rental experience and reviews.
✹ While we appreciate your interest, we do not accommodate local guests seeking an alternate venue for parties, gatherings, or events. We reserve the right to decline such reservations.

✹ Daily housekeeping is not included. The loft is professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee on longer stays.

✹ Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.
✹ Only guests included in the reservation are permitted inside the property unless approved in advance.
✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 7 AM, especially outdoors.
✹ Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges including:
