"The house was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (paper towels, foil, salt/pepper, pots/pans, plastic bags, etc.). We truly only had to buy food and drinks during our stay. There were games and books to entertain a 2 year old in between outings. We loved the swing and outdoor scrabble board on the screened in front porch! We appreciated the easy to control temperature and there was a fan in the main bedroom that we used for white noise. "We picked Ellijay for a 3 day weekend for a quick getaway and somewhere that my husband could mountain bike. This was a perfect spot for us. The property is very well kept. The cabin is well stocked, had everything we needed, as is the RV camper. There is a large fire pit with plenty of wood. The little stream and bridge are a cute addition and you can relax in hammocks or the swing next to the stream. There's an extra building which I don't know what it is but it reminded us of a little old...

"This is a great place to stay for a couple. It’s a small property but the scenery and layout is beautiful. The compost toilet was something new to my wife and I but it wasn’t hard to use. If you and your significant other are looking for somewhere to stay I’d definitely recommend this place. The host is also very accommodating and easy to contact."

"It’s a little confusing and deceiving when you are pulling into the property. If possible, plan to arrive when it’s daylight. Biggest thing is that as you pull in, you’re looking at the backside of the house / property. Once there, it’s just as advertised and amazing. "
