« First let me say I love that my service was welcomed with no issues. But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. The room like it had been renovated but not finished.Next room was being renovated so we heard the banging on the walls early in the morning....

We had to go back down to desk everyone which got very annoying considering it was a four night stay. They never assigned my room to wi-fi. Also, my son left a piece of jewelry there. He didn’t remember till we got to airport so he called, they looked and found it which was awesome. The problem is my son sent them the shipping label for it and it’s been 2...

« The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks! »

« convenient to local business, doctors, & apparently the lake close by. the property is marginally clean. house keeping could improve, beginning with turning on air conditioning for a rented room. plenty of breakfast food, but the tiny "omlettes" were not really edible. »
